How to Check Florida EBT Balance
To check the Florida EBT balance, you have several options. We detail the balance check information below. Florida EBT Balance Check
The best way to know your Florida EBT balance is to keep your last receipt. If there is no last receipt, you can check the balance on the EBT card online here. You must first enter your EBT card number. You can also call the customer service number (1-888-356-3281) on the back of the card. Then you will be asked to enter your 16-digit EBT card number. After entering this information, you will hear the balance on the card. Finally, you can check the balance on the card at an ATM or POS machine in a grocery store or pharmacy.
My ACCESS Florida Login
If you want to log in to my ACCESS account to view your personal account information, get the latest information about your rights, and view information about upcoming changes to the program or any future reductions in the program, please follow the instructions below operating. First, you must log in to my ACCESS account. Once you arrive MyACCESS Account website, You need to provide a username and password to log in. Click here to go log-in. See below for the appearance of the website.
If you have forgotten your username, you need to click “Forgot username?”. The link in the lower left corner of the login box for help in retrieving the username. You will need to provide the following information:
- Name
- Date of Birth
- Case Number (10 digits)
Similarly, if you have forgotten your password, you need to click the “Forgot Password”
link at the bottom right of the login box. You will be taken to another page, asking you to
provide your username to retrieve your password.

What Can You Buy with Florida Food Stamps/EBT?
According to the guidelines established by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), It manages the food stamp/SNAP program, which is a list of items that you are allowed to purchase with an EBT card.
What you CAN buy with EBT Card:
Foods for the household to eat, such as:
- bread and cereals;
- fruits and vegetables;
- meats, fish and poultry; and
- dairy products.
- Seeds and plants which produce food for the household to eat.
Products that you cannot purchase with an EBT card:
- Beer, wine, liquor, cigarettes or tobacco
Any nonfood items, such as: - household supplies
- soaps, paper products
- Pet foods
- Vitamins and medicines
- Food that will be eaten in the store
- Hot foods
