Some of the functions you can complete in your “My Visit Florida” account include: application assistance (food aid, temporary cash assistance, Medicaid), check application status, report changes, request other benefits, and information about current benefits. You can also obtain information about the EBT card, such as your benefit distribution schedule, current benefit balance and transaction history. When using an online account, this information and more are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In addition, you can also use the document upload function to submit the requested verification to the department.

1.) Visit the My Access Florida website
The first step to register for a My Access Florida account is to visit the My Access website. You can find that website, here.
2.) Create my access account
After entering the “My Visit Florida” website, click the “Create My Visit Account” button in the upper right corner of the homepage. You can also find the link, here.
3.) Setting up an Account
On the next page, you will be asked to provide a series of information, including personal information, case information, security issues, notification methods and user acceptance agreements. Please be sure to fill in all starred/required categories. You will need all the information before creating a “My Visit Florida” account. If you encounter any problems that cannot continue, you can call the customer service center at 866-762-2237 during business hours for help. After completing all the information, click “Next” to submit the registration.
Congratulations! You have now successfully completed the registration of your My Access Florida account. You can also obtain information about your applications or benefits by using the Florida Autoresponder System 1-866-762-2237. You need to provide your access case number or social security number and date of birth to obtain case information.
