MyAccess Florida User ID Reset Guide

The Automated Community Connection to Economic Self Sufficiency (Access) system allows Florida residents to connect to their public assistance information by using their MyAccess account. MyAccess Account Users can apply for benefits, check the status of an application, report a change, request additional benefits, or access information about their current benefits 24 hours a day, seven days a week by logging into their account. You can also upload any requested documents using your MyAccess account Document Upload Tool.

If you have an Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) card, MyAccess Flordia users can also access information about their EBT card in their account. You can find information about your EBT benefit delivery schedule, EBT card balance, and EBT transaction history. Information regarding your Florida EBT card is also available 24 hours a day, seven days a week by using your MyAccess online account.

If you are a current MyAccess Florida Account User and cannot log into your account, we are here to help. To complete resetting the user ID of your MyAccess Florida account, you can retrieve the information by following the steps below:

Step One – Visit the Access Florida Website

To retrieve your My Access Florida user ID, please visit My Access Florida website and click the “Forgot your User ID” The link can be found in the lower right corner of the Access Florida homepage (see screenshot below). The link will be displayed under the “returning user” login portal. If your page is not displayed correctly, please check your internet connection or try to switch browsers.

Step Two – Provide forgotten user ID login information

Find and click “Forgot your User ID” Link and you will be taken to a new page titled “Forgot User ID” (see screenshot below). The system will ask you to provide a series of information, including your last name and first name, date of birth, case number, postal code and payee’s last name and first name and payee’s date of birth. Before resetting the “My Access” user ID, make sure you have this information ready. If you do have all the complete and correct information, you will not be able to reset your MyAccess user ID.

Step Three – Reset your MyAccess User ID

Once you have completely and correctly filled in all the requested information, please click the “Next” button listed at the bottom right of the page. After clicking the “Next” button, you will be directed to a new page where you will be given instructions to reset or recover your MyAccess User ID.

Step Four – Log into your MyAccess Florida Account

Congratulations! You can now log into your MyAccess Florida account and view your public assistance information and account features. To complete MyAccess account login, please visit the My Access Florida website homepage and enter your MyAccess Florida User ID and Password into the login portal. Once you have entered your information, click the “Sign In” button to log into your account.
